Career Allies is a short, practical course for people who have career conversations as part of their day. You will learn a simple model for helping someone think through what is next, and practise it with a trainer and a small group.
The course runs as two live online sessions on consecutive days, with self-paced modules either side.
Before the first session you work through three short modules on your own, about 90 minutes in total. You have a week to fit them in.
In the first session, we meet for around 90 minutes. We talk through what you have covered, and you practise the four-question model with the group.
Before the second session happening the next day, there are two more modules, about 70 minutes to complete. It is worth making sure you've made time between sessions to complete these.
In the second session, we meet again for about 75 minutes, review what you have learned, and you complete your readiness check. You leave certified.
Career Ally certification, valid for 12 months. A digital badge for each module. CPD certification. Full access to Stay Nimble as a member, and an invitation to the Learning Circles where Career Allies keep practising together.
